Terms of Service for Auds

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are provided by WEARINGO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of the Auds mobile application available on:

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services offered by Auds.

Your Acceptance

By using or visiting the Auds website, mobile applications, or any Auds products, software, data feeds, and services provided to you on, from, or through the Auds platform (collectively the “Service”), you signify your agreement to WEARINGO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED to:

  1. These Terms of Service
  2. Privacy Policy, found at https://auds.life/privacy-policy and incorporated herein by reference
  3. Community Guidelines (if applicable)

If you do not agree to any of these terms, the Auds Privacy Policy, or the Community Guidelines, please do not use the Service.

Although we may periodically notify you when major changes are made to these Terms of Service, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version at https://auds.life/terms-of-service. Auds may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.

Service

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service, including users who are also contributors of content to the Service. “Content” includes business courses, educational materials, text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, images, audio content, video lessons, case studies, business plans, templates, interactive features, and other educational materials you may view on, access through, or contribute to the Service.

The Service includes all aspects of Auds, including but not limited to all products, software, and services offered via the Auds platform, such as business education courses, startup guides, entrepreneurship content, and other learning applications.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Auds. Auds has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. By using the Service, you expressly relieve Auds from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

Auds Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you will need to create an Auds account. You may never use another’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

The account created by you shall not be a fake profile using false information or impersonating another person on our Service by using their name, photo, claiming to be someone other than yourself, or through any other means.

Plans, Subscriptions and Refunds

Subscription Plans

Our subscription plans include recurring payments, providing you with continuous access to our business education services and premium content.

Free Trial and Refunds

  • Users on the free trial are not eligible for refunds on their first auto-renewal
  • A 7-day refund policy applies only to renewals after the initial paid subscription
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 8-11 working days

Course Purchases

At Auds, all individual course purchases are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review course details, previews, and descriptions carefully before making a purchase. Our courses are designed to provide valuable business education and entrepreneurship training.

Business Tools and Templates

Digital business tools, templates, and resources are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Renewal and Cancellation

Your payment to Auds will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your paid subscription before the end of the current subscription period.

To cancel your subscription:

  • iOS users: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Auds
  • Android users: Go to Play Store > Subscriptions > Auds
  • Or contact our Customer Support team at support@auds.life

The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free version of Auds.

Notification Permissions

I hereby authorize Auds to send notifications via SMS/push notifications/promotional/informational messages regarding:

  • New business courses and content
  • Learning reminders and progress updates
  • Business tips and entrepreneurship insights
  • Platform updates and announcements

Referral Program

How It Works

A referral is considered successful only when your friend uses your referral link to install the Auds app and completes a transaction of at least ₹10.

Earning Structure

  • You earn rewards for each successful referral transaction on subscriptions and course purchases
  • If your friend takes a free trial, you earn rewards when the final payment is successfully processed
  • Your friend receives cashback on their first successful payment after trial completion
  • You can earn up to ₹500 from a single friend over their lifetime
  • No overall limit on total earnings from the referral program

Redemption and Limitations

  • Redeem earnings directly to your bank account via UPI ID
  • Minimum redemption amount: ₹30
  • Earnings remain in pending state for 3 days from earning date
  • You can withdraw rewards within 6 months from earning date, after which they will be forfeited
  • TDS will be deducted as per government rules if you earn more than ₹30,000 in a financial year

Terms and Conditions

  • Both you and your friend must use the latest version of Auds
  • Your friend must not have previously transacted on Auds
  • Auds reserves the right to deny cashback for suspected fraud cases
  • Fraud includes using the same device, payment method, credentials, or network parameters
  • Auds may modify or terminate offers at its sole discretion without prior notice

General Use of the Service—Permissions and Restrictions

Auds hereby grants you permission to access and use the Service as set forth in these Terms of Service, provided that:

  • You agree not to distribute any part of the Service or Content without Auds’ prior written authorization
  • You agree not to alter or modify any part of the Service
  • You agree not to access Content through any technology other than the official Auds application or website
  • You agree not to use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes without Auds’ prior written approval

Prohibited Commercial Uses Include:

  • Selling access to the Service
  • Selling advertising or promotions within the Service
  • Redistributing course content or business materials

Permitted Uses Include:

  • Using Auds content for your personal business education and development
  • Implementing business strategies and knowledge gained from courses in your own ventures
  • Sharing general knowledge learned (not copyrighted materials) with others for educational purposes

Use of Content

Content Ownership and Licensing

  • Some content on the Service is owned by Auds, while other content may be provided by business experts, mentors, and third-party educators
  • Content is provided to you “as is” for your personal business education use only
  • You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or exploit any Content without prior written consent
  • You agree not to circumvent any security features or access restrictions

Business Case Studies and Examples

  • Real business case studies and examples are provided for educational purposes only
  • You may not directly copy business models or strategies without proper attribution and understanding of legal implications
  • Use the knowledge gained to create your own unique business approaches

Content and Conduct

As an Auds user, you may submit content such as:

  • Course reviews and feedback
  • Business questions and discussions
  • Success stories and case studies (with your permission)

Prohibited Content

You shall not submit content that:

  • Belongs to another person without proper authorization
  • Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or discriminatory
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Contains false or misleading business information
  • Promotes illegal business activities or fraudulent schemes
  • Contains malicious code or harmful software

Content License

By submitting content to Auds, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service for educational and promotional purposes.

Account Termination Policy

Auds reserves the right to terminate user access to the Service if:

  • The user violates these Terms of Service
  • The user engages in fraudulent activities
  • The user repeatedly posts prohibited content
  • The user attempts to circumvent payment or security systems

Copyright Policy

Auds respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe your copyrighted work was posted on Auds without authorization, please submit a copyright infringement notification to our Grievance Officer including:

  • Your contact information and copyright ownership details
  • Clear description of the infringed work
  • Location of the allegedly infringing content
  • Good faith statement that use is unauthorized
  • Statement made under penalty of perjury regarding accuracy
  • Physical or electronic signature

Warranty Disclaimer

You agree that your use of the Service will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auds excludes all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Service.

Auds does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of business information or market data
  • Success of business strategies taught in courses
  • Completeness or timeliness of content
  • Uninterrupted service access

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use of business strategies or advice from the platform
  • Any business decisions made based on course content
  • Technical issues or service interruptions
  • Third-party business opportunities or partnerships

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Auds from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your business activities based on knowledge gained from the platform
  • Any content you submit to the Service

Ability to Accept Terms of Service

You affirm that you are either:

  • Over 18 years of age, or
  • Have legal parental/guardian consent and are over 13 years of age

The Service is not intended for children under 13.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

The Service is controlled and offered by WEARINGO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED from its facilities in India.

Response Process:

  • Acknowledgment within 24 hours
  • Unique ticket number for tracking
  • Resolution within 15 days of receipt
  • Decision communicated via email

Assignment

These Terms of Service may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Auds without restriction.

General

The laws of India, excluding choice of law rules, will apply to these Terms of Service. For any disputes, parties consent to personal jurisdiction in courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy at https://auds.life/privacy-policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Auds concerning the Service.

Any cause of action arising from or related to the Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.
